Renee Heatherly
President & CEO
As CEO, Ms. Renee Heatherly is responsible for the
strategic and tactical leadership of Autonomy and works directly with
Autonomy’s executive staff to develop and execute short and long term
corporate goals including business development and corporate governance.
Having been a member of both the United States Army and Navy, Renee’s
knowledge of government and military structure has been an invaluable tool
in working with our government clients.
Laurie Chapman
Director
of Operations
As Director of Operations, Ms. Laurie Chapman oversees the operational unit at Autonomy and provides distinguished oversight of key contracts. Her focus is simple: to continue to find innovative ways to better serve our clients.
Lesley Price
Director of Business Development, Multimedia
Lesley, a naturalized US citizen from England, is a 25-year career professional in the advertising industry. She started her career as a media buyer and a sales agent for a small agency and evolved her responsibilities to management of production and sales staff as a partner and Vice President. She joined Autonomy in 2010 for an opportunity to create a modern advertising agency and move beyond legacy programs, processes and outdated business models of the traditional agencies.
Lesley’s vast experience includes financial, retail, government, real estate and healthcare industries. She has managed annual client budgets in excess of $1 Million with remarkable ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects from concept to completion.
Timothy Connolly
Mr. Connolly has served as Autonomy Business Solutions chief financial officer since 2008, responsible for all financial and contractual functions. He began his career in 2003 working for several defense contractors in Huntsville, AL and Washington DC. These companies include Science & Engineering Services, LMI Government Consulting, Bearing Point, and Deloitte Consulting. He received a bachelor of science degree in accounting from the University of Scranton in 2003 and is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner. Mr. Connolly resides in Arlington, VA.
